    Job Summary

    Superior Fence & Rail of Spring, TX is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant who loves talking to people, keeps things organized, and can juggle phones, scheduling, and job coordination in a fast-paced environment

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls, emails, and website leads, and provide friendly, professional customer service.

    Gather basic project info and set fence estimate appointments for residential and commercial customers.

    Schedule installation jobs for multiple crews and update the calendar when jobs move or change.

    Call in Texas 811 locate tickets for jobs and track when utilities are cleared for digging.

    Confirm appointments with customers and send reminders as needed.

    Coordinate with sales reps, project managers, and installers to keep everyone on the same page.

    Enter and update customer and job information in our CRM and keep digital files organized.

    Handle basic office tasks: scanning, filing, taking payments, and ordering supplies.

    Qualifications

    Previous office, receptionist, dispatcher, or scheduler experience is helpful but not required.

    Comfortable on the phone and able to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and contractors.

    Strong attention to detail when scheduling jobs and calling in 811 locates.

    Basic computer skills: email, calendars, spreadsheets, and learning our CRM/scheduling software.

    Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a small team environment.

    Reliable, on time, and willing to take ownership of your work.

    Work Schedule and Pay

    Part-time, Monday–Friday during business hours.

    ​In-office position in Spring, TX.

    Pay: Hourly
