    ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning in Onalaska, WI, has an immediate opening for a part-time Office Assistant. This person oversees daily administrative operations including receptionist duties; organizing and preparing communications, data, company records, reports, and resources; correcting employee work times; and additional duties as assigned.

    The hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 4pm.

    Office Responsibilities:

    · Answer phone and take messages for all staff when needed.

    · Daily laundry duties

    · Checking and confirming time sheets

    · Make sure that the office is kept neat and orderly.

    · Completing various errands

    · Performing other administrative tasks when required.
