Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the center of our daily operations—supporting staff, assisting customers, and keeping everything running smoothly. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing mail, organizing and filing documents, data entry, making copies, and providing general administrative support across the office.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
