Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team As an Office Clerk, you will administrative support role responsible for performing a variety of basic office tasks such as answering phones, managing mail, filing documents, data entry, making copies, and providing general administrative support to the office staff, and helping customers to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications

Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
