  • Responsibilities

    Flexible schedule

    Roles & Responsibilities: As the primary person on the front lines of customer service, the office assistant handles inbound & outbound contact with customers including, but not limited to:

    Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours

    Respond to any voicemails and messages from the answering service (if applicable)

    Respond to inbound email correspondence, and forward on as appropriate

    Greet customers and all other walk-ins

    Screen incoming leads/potential customers

    Schedule estimate appointments

    Assist Estimators with follow-ups on pending sales/ quotes by phone and email

    Keeping office clean/tidy

    Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

    All candidates must be able to pass initial background check and drug test

    Preferred Skills:

    Excellent verbal/written communications skills

    Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)

    Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
