We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our operations at Tire Den, Inc. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, manage accounts payable tasks, perform national account delivery receipt entry, and assist with various clerical duties. A background in accounting, finance, or legal administration is preferred, and exceptional organizational skills are a must. Paralegals are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor, representing the Tire Den brand.
• Process accounts payable tasks, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Accurately enter and manage national account delivery receipts in our systems.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to keep our office running smoothly.
• Maintain impeccable records and ensure an organized workflow in our busy operation.
• Pitch in on administrative tasks to support our team’s mission of excellence.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in an office setting, ideally with accounts payable, clerical, or legal administrative duties.
• Background in accounting, finance, or legal administration is a big plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines in a lively environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional yet approachable phone presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with accounting or legal software (e.g., QuickBooks, case management tools) is a bonus.
