Company Overview: Titan Enterprises of SC is a growing business dedicated to providing reliable services and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with invoicing and maintaining accurate payment records
Prepare and update sales reports
Review and manage information in builders’ portals
Track and maintain inventory records
Print and organize blueprints as needed for projects and builders
Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to learn new systems quickly (builders’ portals, invoicing platforms, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
Part-time, Thursday–Friday
