We're looking for someone who: • Has experience in a front office or customer-facing healthcare setting • Know how to check health insurance benefits and verifications • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a huge plus • Can confidently handle phones, scheduling, and patient check-ins and check-outs • Is organized, efficient, and able to multitask with grace • Brings warmth, professionalism, and a team-first attitude • Values patient care and wants to be part of a mission-driven team What you'll be doing" • Greeting and checking in patients with a welcoming smile • Managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups • Supporting our doctors and the team with day-to-day operations • Assisting with insurance verifications and basic administrative tasks • Making every guest feel like a priority - because they are!
