    Office Associate / Community Manager Join a team that feels like family!

We’re a family-owned and operated manufactured home community, and we’re looking for an Office Associate who is passionate about customer service, community building, and hands-on learning.

    This is a great opportunity to be part of a small, friendly team where your work truly matters. You’ll gain experience in property management, office operations, leasing, resident relations, and more—all while helping our community grow and thrive.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.

    Support daily operations, including rent collection, deposits, legal notices, and follow-ups.

    Assist with leasing, sales, home inspections, and resident onboarding.

    Coordinate and monitor maintenance to keep our community in excellent condition.

    Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently.

    Maintain organized office records and handle general administrative tasks.

    Enforce community rules and ensure compliance with community regulations.

    Plan and support resident events and community-building activities.

    Provide exceptional service to residents, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere

    Keep the office organized and assist with daily administrative tasks and reporting.

    What We’re Looking For:

    A curious, motivated team player who enjoys learning something new every day.

    High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree or real estate background a plus).

    2+ years of experience in property management and/or real estate.

    3–5 years in office administration and customer service roles.

    Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and collaboratively.

    A candidate who leads with diplomacy

    Familiarity with homeownership, maintenance basics, and property upkeep.

    A candidate who is organized and can negotiate

    Willingness to pitch in where needed and grow with our team.

    Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
