    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls

    Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork

    Maintain records, either physical or electronic

    Administrative support

    Qualifications

    Great customer service skills

    Strong Communication Skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Strong record-keeping skills

    Experience in data accrual and reporting

    Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
