    At Palmetto Garage Works we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

    We are looking for an Office Clerk to help our growing office.

    This job will be part time or full time based on needs.

    Job Duties include and are not limited to:

    Filing paperwork

    Reconciling statements and invoices

    Assisting with bank deposits

    Matching and researching invoices

    Payment collections

    Processing fleet invoices

    Position Qualifications:

    1+ years of experience as an Office clerk required.

    High School diploma or equivalent.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Good organizational, time management and customer service skills.

    Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

    Work week will be 40 hours.*
