Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
Maintain and update records, databases, and office logs
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and securely stored
