    Job Title: Office Clerk

    Location: Ocean City, MD Job Type: Part-Time

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Personnel/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, with a primary focus on processing and entering invoices, maintaining accurate company databases, and handling basic cash management operations.

    Key Responsibilities Cash Management

    Oversee petty cash funds, ensuring accurate logs and secure storage.

    Count, reconcile, and prepare daily cash deposits.

    Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

    Invoicing & Accounting Support

    Process and input accurate invoices.

    Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

    Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking.

    Data Input & Office Administration

    Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and vendors.

    Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general office correspondence.

    Qualifications & Skills

    High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.

    Proven experience in safe cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

    Hands-on experience with invoice entry and cash reconciliation.

    Fast, accurate data entry skills and proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel).

    Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a strong plus.

    Strong organizational, time-management, and numerical skills.

    Superior attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
