Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, make appointments, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, billing customers, starting and closing repair orders, continuing communication with customers as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an automotive environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming vehicles for repairs, check out customers or bill them when complete.
Sort mail
In charge of accounts receivable and payable.
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Quick books.
Familiarity with Mitchell 1 Teamworks is a plus but not a requirement.
