Job Summary
A Compassionate Choice Home Care, LLC is a growing, client-focused home care agency seeking a reliable and compassionate Office Clerk to support daily operations.
This role includes paperwork, filing, answering phones, and assisting the Owner with administrative tasks. You’ll play an important part in helping our team stay organized while supporting the care we provide to our clients.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. Able to work alone at times, when needed.

Position Details:
PRN to start, with opportunity to grow into Part-Time (15–30 hours/week)
Flexible scheduling
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
