Sinclair Land Surveying, Inc. is seeking professional candidates to fill Office Clerk position for a fast growing and fast paced office. Candidate must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, and a self-starter.
Duties of the Office Clerk include providing support to our managers and
employees, assisting in daily office needs and performing a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service – Greet customers, assist with answering phone calls, emails and correspondence, directing calls, and taking messages
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and following up with concerns
File and assist with maintaining appropriate filing system, create and pull folders/files as needed
Data Entry - Create Workorders and Invoices
Print out plats, Arch. Plans, Plot Plans
Data Management – Enter Workorder data onto Builders Excel spreadsheet
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, and personal computers.
Proofread and email Plot Plans, Forms and Final Surveys to assigned Distribution Builder List
Assist Project Managers with scheduling and daily tasks
Maintain and order office supplies as needed
Runner (run office errands as needed)
Utilize QuickBooks to invoice for payment and assist with accounts payable and receivable (collecting overdue invoices)
Work 40+ hours
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Work in an office environment.
Be punctual and reliable
Subject to sitting, standing, bending, walking and lifting for an extended period
Ability to concentrate and adapt to changing priorities on a regular basis
Hands on training
Ability to work in a team environment. (Be a team player and be respectful to others).
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and commit to deadlines
