We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, heavy data entry and filing, You will also be making copies and mailing information, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones,
Data Entry
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
