    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Office invoice Clerk to join our team! As an invoice clerk you will be preparing customers invoices in timely matter. Once invoice is completed you will be emailing, mailing or uploading invoices to customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills; experience working in billing invoices and strong organizational skills and pay close attention to details.

    Responsibilities

    Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls

    Preparing customer invoices

    Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions

    Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    Communicate with office, technician and customers.

    Qualifications

    Great customer service skills

    Strong Communication Skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
