    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Office invoice Clerk to join our team! As an Office invoice Clerk, you must have experience in billing invoices. You will also take service calls. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working and billing invoices and strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls

    Process invoices, make photocopies, and file paperwork

    Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions

    Billing HVAC/R invoices.

    Qualifications

    Great customer service skills

    Strong Communication Skills

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
