  • Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist staff and clients.
    • Maintaining accurate records and files.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
    • Maintaining office supplies, overseeing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely office supplies and equipment delivery.
    • Create and implement purchase orders that comply with company and government regulations.
    • Contact suppliers to verify deliveries and/or expedite material if required to meet schedules
    • Supervise and expedite rush orders and materials that are short and revise schedules to offset delays
    • Provide daily support to internal and external customers via phone and e-mail
    • Other duties as required.
    • Collaborate with and support cross-departmental teams to align supply chain activities with sales forecasts, demand planning, and budgetary constraints.

    Shift:

    • 1st shift Monday - Friday (6am - 3:30pm) 

    Pay:

    • $24 - $26/hr

    Qualifications:

    • 1+ years supply chain experience – purchasing, sourcing, shipping, receiving
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • M1 experience is a plus, but not a requirement
    • Financial understanding/background 
    • Attention to detail
    • Strategic planning and organization
    • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple modes
