Office Coordinator - Building Products Manufacturer - Base Salary to 70k/year - Allegan, MI
Our client is a 12+ year old company specializing in composite products that are energy efficient and sustainable for the high growth commercial building industry. The company specializes in continuous insulation by providing one of a kind Composite Sub-Framing Systems that meet the most recent ASHRAE requirements for commercial building envelopes. Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily office activities and general operations.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.
Conduct research and compile data to support internal decision-making and project planning.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, and special projects.
Assist HR with recruitment tasks such as coordinating interviews, scheduling candidate communications, and facilitating onboarding documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive HR data.
Support cross-functional teams in executing special projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
Provide regular updates and assist in troubleshooting project-related issues.
Assist in coordinating communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administrative Studies, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
5+ years of administrative, operations, or HR coordination experience in a business setting.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet/reporting tools.
Discretion when handling confidential information.
