About the Role
Hydro-Tech Irrigation is a leading irrigation service provider specializing in system design, installation, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. We're looking for an Office Coordinator to keep our Sterling location running smoothly. This position supports daily operations, manages paperwork and scheduling details, and helps keep both our office and field teams organized.
What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to person for keeping things on track in a fast-moving environment. Daily work includes handling new hire paperwork, entering employee data, maintaining records, and managing office supplies. You'll also help with dispatching, reviewing client invoices, and providing administrative support to management. During busy seasons, you'll assist with overflow tasks to keep things running efficiently.
Must-Have Qualifications Of The Office Coordinator
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in irrigation, landscaping, or construction is helpful. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and familiarity with payroll or HR systems are a plus.
