We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Office Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. As the Office Coordinator, you’ll serve as the right hand to company leadership—playing a vital role in streamlining operations, improving workflows, and keeping the business running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Oversee general office operations and serve as a central point of contact for the team • Support leadership with scheduling, communications, and day-to-day task management • Assist in building out and maintaining CRM and construction project management platforms • Organize and track purchasing, billing, and key project documentation • Help coordinate vendor communication, contracts, and material orders • Manage and streamline internal workflows to improve overall efficiency • Facilitate team meetings, onboarding processes, and assist with internal recruiting efforts • Contribute to a professional, responsive, and client-friendly office culture Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Entry-level welcome—prior office, coordination, or admin experience is a plus • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (CRM, construction software, spreadsheets) • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive mindset • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Local to the area (preferred) • Construction or design/build knowledge is a bonus but not required • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative environment Compensation & Perks: • Eligible for company benefits and performance-based bonuses • Opportunity for long-term career growth within the construction/design industry • Collaborative, tight-knit team committed to quality and innovation • Hands-on exposure to all aspects of residential design-build operations Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 + benefits
