Inside Sales & Office Coordinator — Honest Abe Roofing $15-$19/hr | Paid Weekly | Monday–Friday | 8 am - 5pm
Honest Abe Roofing is launching a new franchise in the Columbia area of South Carolina. We are looking for a high-energy, organized professional to act as the voice of our company and the backbone of our operations.
What You'll Do
Inside Sales (Primary): Immediately contact new leads via call, text, and email to set and confirm qualified appointments for Roofing Advisors. Perform 24-hour confirmations, conduct exit polls, and manage objection recovery to reset unsold leads.
Office Administration (Secondary): Own the project file from contract to close. Manage the CRM, process payments, file for building permits, send invoices, and track gross profit.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or office coordination.
Confident, professional phone presence with high outbound call volume experience.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple files independently.
Construction/home services experience is a plus, but not required.
