    Our client, a well-established and collaborative real estate investment firm, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join its growing team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced office environment. The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and supporting a variety of administrative and operational initiatives.

    This role operates on a rotating in-office schedule of Monday through Friday one week and Monday through Thursday the following week.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the face of the office by greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and coordinating conference room schedules

    • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoice processing

    • Maintain office organization by ordering supplies, managing common spaces, and ensuring the office is operating efficiently

    • Support the Office Manager with special projects and day-to-day administrative initiatives

    • Assist with meeting coordination, catering, and general office logistics

    • Maintain vendor relationships and assist with general office operations

    • Become a commissioned Notary Public within the first three months of employment

    • Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves, with opportunities for continued growth

     

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 1–4+ years of administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or customer-facing experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

    • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

    • Comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with behind-the-scenes operational support

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or a professional services environment is a plus, but not required

    • Ability to become a Notary Public within three months of hire

     

    Compensation & Work Structure

    • Alternating schedule of Monday–Friday one week and Monday–Thursday the following week

    • Standard hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Base salary range: $60,000–$85,000, plus discretionary bonus, depending on experience

    • Comprehensive medical benefits, including a plan with approximately 95% employer-paid coverage
