As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Coordinator to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

    Role Description

    The Office Coordinator is the frontline connection between our customers and our service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for answering calls, managing technician schedules, confirming appointments, and supporting the overall administrative workflow of the office. After training, this role offers the flexibility of working remotely up to 2 days per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and courteously

    Schedule service appointments and maintain technician calendars

    Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers

    Maintain accurate records, service logs, and customer information

    Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and supply ordering

    Resolve minor customer concerns with excellent customer service

    Communicate effectively with field technicians and relay key job details

    Assist with day-to-day administrative operations

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

    Experience in pest control or service-based business is a plus

    Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and email

    Strong organizational and communication skills

    Friendly, professional, and dependable

    Ability to multitask and work independently

    Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work

    Benefits

    $18/hour starting wage

    Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM)

    Remote work flexibility: 2 days/week after training
