Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required, along with at least 2 years of administrative or operational support experience in a professional setting
- Experience in human services, healthcare, or a multi-site environment preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills, including above average knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and database systems)
- Experience with data entry and administrative processes, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, find solutions, and follow tasks through from start to finish
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to support multiple priorities across different teams and locations
- Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between local program sites as needed to provide support
