Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and community outreach to provide vital resources to individuals reentering the community.
Location: Dallas, TX (Must be able to train in Arlington for 2 weeks)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 days)
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for program participants, community partners, and local resources
Provide guidance and assistance with housing, transportation, employment referrals, and other essential needs
Deliver professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Support staff with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Handle calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience (preferred in community, social services, or administrative settings)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
