Job description:
We’re a busy home inspection company looking for an organized, tech-savvy office engagement specialist to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a full-time, in-house position ideal for someone comfortable with digital tools, scheduling, and customer service — and who enjoys being part of a small, fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and provide great service to clients and agents
Manage scheduling and inspector calendars
Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks
Help with social media or marketing as needed
Communicate with inspectors and clients to ensure everything goes right the first time
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, confident phone manner
Comfortable using Google Workspace and common office software
Willingness to learn industry-specific platforms
Bonus: social media or design experience (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.)
Schedule
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
In-office only (no remote work)
