    Our client, a growing investment firm, is seeking an Office / Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and create a best-in-class workplace experience in their Miami office. This role is highly visible and hands-on, partnering closely with leadership while ensuring the office runs seamlessly in a fast-paced, professional environment.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who enjoys owning office operations, managing vendors, and creating a high-touch, white-glove environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a seamless, professional office environment

    • Manage vendor relationships including cleaning, maintenance, catering, office supplies, and building management

    • Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and office events

    • Maintain pantry, kitchen, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming and well-stocked environment

    • Partner with leadership to support office initiatives and operational needs

    • Manage facilities-related requests and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and office improvements

    • Support onboarding logistics including desk set-up, equipment coordination, and new hire experience

    • Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and office-wide initiatives

    • Maintain relationships with building management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

    • Provide light executive support to leadership including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

    • Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative projects as needed

     

    About You

    • 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Facilities, or Workplace Experience within a professional environment

    • Extremely polished and professional with a strong service-oriented mindset

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently

    • Strong vendor management and operational coordination experience

    • Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

    • Someone who takes ownership and enjoys being the go-to person for the office

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $125,000–$135,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
