Job Summary
We are looking for an office front desk at a hospice company. your job requires you to be friendly, positive, punctual and responsible. training is provided and there is advancement opportunity within the company. Hours are 10am-2pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
answering phones
data entry
filing / organizing
scheduling appointments
checking emails
assisting office manager
opening and closing the office M - F
checking Faxes and faxing
checking emails and emailing
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
Previous office experience desired
