Field Service Technician

In this role, you will travel to customer sites to perform installations and provide on-site support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on installation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to build trust and maintain client relationships. Attention to detail and dedication to process accuracy are essential, as this position plays a key role in upholding our reputation in the industry.

What will you do:

• Diagnose and repair complex issues with office furniture systems, including workstations, seating, and modular installations.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and restorations to restore products to proper working conditions.
• Read and interpret layouts, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Provide on-site customer support, ensure a positive service experience, and confirm jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time.
• Interface directly with our clients to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or process improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques.
• Professional communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Someone who takes pride in their workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license (required) and within first 30 days able to obtain your class E license.
