Office Furniture Warehouse is seeking to bring on a Sales Associate to our team that can sell commercial office furniture as well as assist clients in our showroom to outfit their offices with new and used furniture! This is a full time position with a base salary + commission/bonus pay. Job Description: OFW is a full service office furniture dealership, with 5 locations in the midwest, that offers new and used office furniture to companies with 1-100 employees at any given location. We are opening a new location in Appleton and are seeking the right fit for our culture and mission. Our team specializes in space planning/design, delivery, installation, and liquidation services. In this position you will be assisting prospective clients who need help with designing their office furniture layouts in their office spaces.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service (in-person, phone, email, livechat)

Consult existing and prospective clients in showroom, on the phone, and online

Learn product lines, terminology, industry practices

Designing office layouts

Creating 2D & 3D renderings (Giza, Visual Impressions, SketchUp)

Create estimates and presentations for clients

Project Manage from purchase through delivery

Qualifications:

friendly, personable, organized, energetic, positive attitude

willing to learn and grow personally and professionally

interior design background or similar experience desired but not required

sale experience of 1-3 years

professional phone, communication, and presentation skills

ability to provide creative and innovative furniture solutions that meet the aesthetic and functional needs of each client while complying with industry code standards

must be a self starter able to operate without constant management guidance

Must be open to accepting direction and constructive criticism in order to gain the knowledge and experience required to advance

Schedule:

Tuesday - Thursday: 10-6

Friday: 10-5

Saturday: 9-2

Sunday & Monday: Off (optionally by appointment)
