Office / HR Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Tustin, CA 92780 Company: Enry JP Corporation (Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Franchise)
Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office / HR Assistant to join our team and support our administrative and HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations that help support our restaurant managers and teams.
This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible working hours, as the schedule is typically 2 to 3 days per week, approximately 5 hours per day, rather than a fixed daily schedule. It is well-suited for students, individuals with other commitments, or anyone looking for part-time work with flexibility. No extensive experience is required; what matters most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, accountability, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including payroll, HR, and day-to-day operations, with opportunities to grow as you develop your skills.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week (part-time)
Hours may vary based on business needs

Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing and recordkeeping
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Assist with ordering and basic inventory tracking
Maintain and update records using QuickBooks and internal systems
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks (onboarding, documentation, compliance tracking, scheduling interviews)
Assist with general office coordination and communication
Assist with creating reports
Qualifications
Prior experience in restaurant, HR, accounting, or administrative work is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
Proficiency with computers and basic software (Excel, Microsoft Office, email, google drive)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual ability in Portuguese or Japanese preferred
