We’re looking for a process-driven Office Manager who can keep our operations running seamlessly while constantly finding smarter, faster, better ways to get things done.     What You’ll Do -Own the operations: Oversee administrative functions, HR support, and compliance with internal policies. -Keep us connected: Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and team communications. -Streamline processes: Maintain electronic files, track metrics, and optimize workflows for efficiency. -Support the team: Lead onboarding/offboarding, manage recruitment postings, and ensure documentation is always complete and compliant. -Delight our customers: Respond to inquiries, manage accounts in Total Recall & QuickBooks, and ensure every interaction builds trust. -Back up sales & marketing: Manage calendars, ensure NAID/subcontractor compliance, and provide performance data to leadership.

    Proven office management or administrative leadership experience.

    Strong technology skills and the ability to master new software quickly.

    Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

    HR experience a plus
