The work centers on analyzing income producing assets, reviewing financials, tracking market trends, and communicating directly with owners and investors. Daily activity includes disciplined prospecting, relationship building, and managing transactions from initial outreach through closing. You will gain hands on exposure alongside experienced commercial advisors while using advanced research tools and proven systems. The focus is on building repeatable skills, strong habits, and long term relationships that support sustainable growth in commercial investment sales. Responsibilities: • Drive business growth through proactive client outreach, including 60+ cold calls daily, meetings, and industry events. • Provide expert guidance to clients in achieving their investment goals related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions. • Conduct thorough property analyses , including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research. • Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and understanding the local market. • Market exclusive listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers, making your deals stand out. • Build and grow relationships with clients and industry professionals to expand your network. • Lead negotiations on exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements. • Engage in top-tier training and professional development workshops to sharpen your skills and knowledge.
