Added Value • Access to CoStar (Commercial MLS) and proprietary MNET listing platform • Salesforce CRM and transaction management tools • Lexis Nexis for advanced research and data analysis • Constant Contact for marketing and lead outreach • In-house university training and certification • Structured 5-month development plan with 90-day benchmarks • Ongoing coaching and professional mentorship from senior agents Responsibilities: • Drive business growth through proactive client outreach, including 60+ cold calls daily, meetings, and industry events. • Provide expert guidance to clients in achieving their investment goals related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions. • Conduct thorough property analyses , including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research. • Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and understanding the local market. • Market exclusive listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers, making your deals stand out. • Build and grow relationships with clients and industry professionals to expand your network. • Lead negotiations on exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements. • Engage in top-tier training and professional development workshops to sharpen your skills and knowledge.
