Responsibilities: • Actively grow your career by reaching out to clients through 60+ daily cold calls, meetings, and attending industry events. • Guide clients expertly to meet their investment objectives, including valuation, acquisitions, and property sales. • Perform detailed property evaluations such as Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market analysis, and research. • Maintain a strong understanding of local market conditions and industry trends through ongoing research. • Promote exclusive listings to a carefully selected pool of qualified buyers to maximize deal exposure. • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts to expand your professional network. • Lead contract negotiations, including exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements. • Participate in advanced training sessions and development programs to continuously enhance your commercial real estate skills.
