About the Role:

Sederson Management Co is looking for a motivated and personable Office Leasing Assistant to join our team in Kansas City, MO! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or grow your career in commercial real estate by supporting leasing operations and helping connect clients with the right spaces.

Responsibilities:

Assist leasing agents and property managers with day-to-day leasing activities and administrative tasks

Coordinate and schedule property showings, tours, and client appointments

Typing invoices

Prepare, process, and maintain lease agreements, applications, and related documentation

Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism

Track and update tenant and prospect information in property management software

Support marketing efforts including listing updates, signage, and promotional materials

Liaise between tenants, prospective clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication

Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate, property management, or office administration preferred

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, ang Google Sheets

Knowledge of Appfolio preferred but not required

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced leasing environment

Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset
