Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Administration
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and drivers in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls and emails
Maintain office organization and handle basic administrative tasks
Manage appointment scheduling and document filing
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with order processing and data entry
Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
Communicate with clients regarding order status and updates
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Logistics
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and dispatch teams
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or issues
Ensure proper documentation for shipments and compliance
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in logistics, transportation, or sales is a plus
Preferred (Not Required)
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Familiarity with logistics or dispatch systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus
