Position Type: Full time Paid Training: June 8 - June 22, 2026 Start Date: June 23, 2026 Weekly Hours: Monday - Thursday 10 am - 6 pm & Saturday 8 am - 1 pm
Total 37 hours $28.00 possible bonus options, comped dance classes for family members

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, warm, and dependable Studio Office Manager to oversee front desk operations and support the daily flow of the studio.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without reminders
Communicates clearly, kindly, and directly
Can stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Strong boundaries and ability to uphold policies
A dependable team player who follows through consistently
You will be the first point of contact for our families and play a key role in maintaining a smooth, well-run studio.

Front Desk & Email Communication
Billing & Account Management
Event & Performance Operations
Operations & Facility Management
Systems & Software
The ideal candidate is comfortable learning and consistently using structured systems:
Jackrabbit Class (primary system for enrollment, billing, attendance)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Email communication platforms (scheduled + mass emails)
Wix (emails + website upkeep)
TutuTix (ticketing system – training provided)
Strong computer literacy and attention to detail are required.
Qualifications
2+ years in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and resourceful, can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Reliable, consistent, and proactive with follow-through
Comfortable working in structured systems and processes
Dance studio or performing arts experience is a plus, but not required. How to Apply
