    Uniflex of America is looking to hire an Office Manager/Accounting/HR professional for the North America Branch in Schaumburg, IL. This role will oversee the administrative functions of our office, ensure accurate accounting and compliance, manage financial reporting, and handle bookkeeping tasks. Additional responsibilities include providing general HR support such as payroll processing and employee documentation. The position requires collaboration with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of finance and administrative functions while supporting our company’s vision and culture. This person must be hard-working, ethical, diligent, and empathetic.

    Job Description:

    • General Accounting, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable duties

    • Payment and Reconciliation of Sales & Use Taxes

    • Office Management duties & Compliancy including management of office and kitchen supplies, equipment and procurement

    • Human Resource duties including hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits & compliance

    • Coordinate with our accounting team in Germany and external auditors and CPAs

    Experience and Skills:

    • Strong foundation in accounting principles and office management practices

    • Min 5 years' experience in payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software

    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management and communication skills

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Analytical ability

    • Problem solving abilities

    • A college degree preferred
