Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. This person will also help us achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support as needed
Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables
Maintaining file systems
Oversee day-to-day office activities
Be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Be proficient with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, data bases) and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to implement systems and procedures.
