    We are a State Farm insurance agency with almost a decade of community presence, and we are looking for an exceptional, driven individual to fill a one-of-a-kind dual role. Our founding office manager is retiring after almost 10 years with our team, and we need someone ready to carry that legacy forward — and build their own.

    This is the Office Manager / Agent Aspirant position. You will run the day-to-day operations of a thriving, established agency while simultaneously developing the skills, production, and performance metrics that can qualify you to open your own State Farm agency in the future.

    Responsibilities • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow • Lead, coach, and support the agency's customer service staff • Handle customer escalations, policy service, and retention • Maintain accurate client and policy records • Coordinate billing follow-ups, claims referrals, and renewals • Manage office scheduling, compliance, and State Farm standards

    Agent Aspirant (Sales & Development) • Obtain and maintain required property & casualty and life & health licenses • Quote and sell auto, home, life, health, and financial service products • Grow a personal book of business and meet monthly production goals • Participate in the State Farm Agent Aspirant development program • Build referral networks and community relationships • Learn agency ownership operations with a path toward opening your own office

    Qualifications/Requirements • 2+ years of experience in office management, insurance, or a customer-facing leadership role • Demonstrated sales ability and genuine interest in helping people protect what matters • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Property & casualty and/or life & health license preferred; willingness to obtain required • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn agency management software • Professional, positive, and team-first attitude

    What We Offer • Competitive base salary of $42,000 – $50,000 based on experience • Commission on all personal sales — realistic total earnings of $60,000 – $80,000+ • Structured path to opening your own State Farm agency through the Agent Aspirant program • Direct mentorship from an experienced 8-year agent committed to your growth • Paid licensing support and continuing education • Stable, full-time, in-office schedule • Collaborative and supportive team environment
