    Location: Truckee, CA (On-Site Only)
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days | Occasional extended hours
    Compensation: $25–$30/hour DOE

    Crestwood Construction (CWC) is hiring a full-time Office Manager / Project Manager Assistant to serve as the operational hub of its high-performance team. This in-person role plays a key part in supporting company leadership, streamlining communication, and maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative, and brings confidence in managing logistics, technology, and team coordination.

    This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, project support, and company culture, ideal for someone who values excellence, service, and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Direct inbound communication and keep office workflows running smoothly
    • Support project managers with permit coordination, scheduling, documentation, and closeout deliverables
    • Maintain a clean, organized, client-ready office environment for meetings and daily operations
    • Track and replenish office and field supplies to ensure uninterrupted productivity
    • Coordinate field lunches and team-building events to support crew morale
    • Manage vendor relationships, including snow removal, vehicle maintenance, and facility services
    • Monitor and troubleshoot software, tech access, and online systems across the team
    • Prepare and send digital documents through DocuSign for timely approvals
    • Step in with additional cross-team support during peak activity periods

     

    Qualifications

     

    • 2+ years of office management or administrative experience (construction experience a plus)
    • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
    • Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with minimal oversight
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms; familiarity with Google Drive, Raken, Zoom preferred
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable AWD/4x4 vehicle (for winter conditions)
