What you’ll do
The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing office operations to ensure a productive and organized workplace.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
Assisting with onboarding new hires, including workspace setup and training logistics.
Maintaining office policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
Managing HR functions such as time tracking and leave management.
Supporting leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.
Coordinating team events, meetings, and celebrations.
Handling general office communications and correspondence.
Ensuring the office is a welcoming and efficient space for both team members and visitors.
What you’ll need
Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and office management software/tools.
A can-do attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
