Job Title: Office Manager
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily operations and help keep our office running efficiently. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a positive, “can-do” attitude to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
Assist with document scanning, copying, and reproduction
Support HR functions, including onboarding paperwork, record keeping, and general administrative support
Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Provide general administrative support to staff and management
Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications:
Above-average computer skills (Microsoft Office and general office systems)
Strong organizational and filing skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others
