    Office Manager – Behavioral Health Floor Operations (Contract / Temp-to-Perm)

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a self-starter Office Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations in a behavioral health clinic serving children with diverse needs. This role ensures therapists and mentors deliver high-quality care and clients receive the tools needed for successful therapy outcomes. This position focuses on compliance, quality assurance, client retention, and community engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Oversight

    · Manage daily clinic flow and scheduling.

    · Ensure therapists and mentors adhere to treatment models and protocols.

    · Maintain a calm, professional environment for staff and clients.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    · Monitor adherence to HIPAA and state regulations.

    · Prepare for audits and maintain compliance documentation.

    Quality Assurance

    · Track clinical outcomes, client satisfaction, and retention.

    · Support accreditation processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Community Engagement & Marketing

    · Coordinate outreach programs and partnerships.

    · Assist with reputation management and client engagement activities.

    Staff Support

    · Provide leadership and guidance to therapists and mentors.

    · Foster a positive, professional environment for staff and clients.

    Qualifications

    Required: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing operations in behavioral health, mental health, or preschool environment serving children with diverse needs.

    · Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    · Knowledge of compliance standards and quality assurance practices.

    · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    · Ability to work independently without daily supervision.

    · Ability to train & implement strategies (including play therapy) that improve client satisfaction and retention.

    Employment Type

    Contract / Temp-to-Perm: Initial contract with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

    Salary Range

    $45,062.93– $54,269.34 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).
