Office Manager – ServiceTitan Expert
Location: Alpharetta, GA Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 per year Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k) with 3% company match, PTO, and Paid Holidays

This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly, optimizing technician scheduling, supporting field teams, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
ServiceTitan Management
Utilize ServiceTitan for efficient scheduling, dispatching, and fleet coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and job details.
Operational Coordination
Oversee daily office operations and serve as a communication hub between sales, production, and field teams.
Manage materials and inventory for scheduled jobs to ensure seamless project execution.
Customer Service
Act as the primary point of contact for customers—answer questions, resolve concerns, confirm appointments, and document all interactions in ServiceTitan.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a solutions-oriented approach.
Data Integrity & Administrative Support
Ensure data accuracy across all platforms, keeping customer information and job details current.
Handle general administrative duties, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and supporting leadership with day-to-day operational needs.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in office and field workflows, recommend process enhancements, and help implement strategies to boost efficiency and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications
ServiceTitan Expertise – Advanced proficiency in dispatch, scheduling, and customer record management is required.
Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and keep operations running efficiently.
Excellent Communication – Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers, team members, and leadership.
Customer-Focused Mindset – Positive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and creating great customer experiences.
Technical Aptitude – Comfortable using general office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
Adaptability – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities with ease.
