Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Pay and record invoices
Reconcile bank statements for various companies
Be able to source materials from various suppliers
Obtain freight quotes
Be able to multi-task
Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Previous experience with QuickBooks or Peachtree accounting program
Previous experience as an Office Manager and basic knowledge of accounting
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
