About the Role:

Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization

Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for staff and leadership

Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and client communications professionally

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed

Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and payroll coordination

Monitor office supplies and manage procurement to maintain a well-stocked workspace

Requirements:

2+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or care services setting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
